Thirty-five years in the IT and Software Training field has accustomed Gillian Rossouw to the fast-paced world of technology. Combining her industry experience with a passion for customer service, she has built Jill of All Trades into a successful company that mirrors her personal interest in accounting applications. Dedicated to the idea of helping her clients become more efficient in their processes, Gillian keeps her finger on the pulse of change and manages to keep two steps ahead of an ever-changing industry.

Gillian’s philosophy is this, “How can you expect to use yesterday’s technology to be in business today?” With a breadth and depth of experience rarely encountered, she has leveraged her substantial international experience into a flourishing company based in Australia. Gillian has yet to encounter a job too big or too small. She genuinely enjoys customer interface and helping them solve their problems through smart solutions and high-quality training.

Providing valuable services comes in many forms. Gillian is a popular speaker, regularly presenting on topics such as accounting, payroll, government legislation and governance, POS applications and customer surveys, to name but afew. Accounting firms and software providers seek her out to speak at their events due to her established authority on all matters relating to Accounting Software. Because of her Xero certification, Gillian is often asked to speak to a variety of different audiences where she willingly shares her knowledge.
