There is no proven formula for “Successful Client Relationship”, what works for one may not work for the other. You need to be able to understand and know your clients’ and their individual needs.
These are some suggestions:-
Regularly ask your clients about your business services and how you are performing. Provide feedback forms for your customers to complete. Phone or visit customers and ask if your product or services meets their needs. Consider using an outside agent to get feedback from your clients. Welcome customer/client complaints and manage these promptly and positively to avoid loss of clients and negative word–of-mouth. Keep a list of customer’s complaints to identify any patterns and the cause of dissatisfaction.
