Previously we were running three software system one for payroll, one for accounting and another for point of sale - all of which were not talking to each other and took up valuable time trying to reconcile all the information.

Without Gillian’s help in merging all of our customer data into Spanner planner and Xero seamlessly this would not have been possible.

Face to face training session and ongoing support which have made a very easy changeover.

The new system has been fantastic to work with. As a small business any time that can be saved on book work is great news allowing us to concentrate on the core of our business, especially the fact the system is accessible from anywhere.

I would highly recommend the programs Job Sheet and Xero. We were extremely unsure about moving to an iCloud solution for our business, we knew we wanted to update our procedures and save time with paperwork but also make it an easy transition for our staff to use these programs on iPad. I will also use the iCloud solutions for our business and recommend to anyone wanting to save time and money, less paperwork, is more efficient with the running of the business.
